These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are provided by LinkIt (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the LinkIt platform available at https://linkitup.app. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using LinkIt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform or purchase a subscription.

2. Description of Service

LinkIt is a fully automated software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create personalized smart digital profiles, customize content, share links, and access analytics and premium features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service or purchase a subscription. By using LinkIt, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or publish on LinkIt. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate and provide the service.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not use LinkIt to host, store, publish, or distribute:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or impersonation-based content
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive material
• Adult content or illegal activities
• Malware, phishing links, or harmful software
• Sensitive personal data such as IDs, financial information, or medical records

7. Automated Nature of Service

LinkIt is a fully automated SaaS platform. No human-driven services, manual work, or personalized service delivery are included in or related to your subscription. All functionality is delivered digitally and automatically.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features on LinkIt require an active subscription. All payments, renewals, invoicing, and tax handling are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for managing payment processing on our behalf.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us at support@linkitup.app.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous subscription periods. Refund requests must follow our Refund Policy.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkIt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Unauthorized account access caused by weak user passwords
• Financial or business losses resulting from the use of third-party services

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
