5. Payments

Paid plans and subscriptions on LinkIt are billed through secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments unless you manually cancel your plan before the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:

• Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity
• Posting illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Uploading malicious files or attempting to compromise system security
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate analytics or usage data
• Interfering with the Platform’s performance, servers, or APIs
• Violating intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in harmful activities. In severe cases, we may also block access to your public profile.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Deleted accounts may be archived internally for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.

LinkIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to offer a reliable and secure service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or absolute security.

To the extent permitted by law, LinkIt is not responsible for any losses, damages, data corruption, revenue loss, or downtime resulting from:

• Service interruptions or maintenance
• User errors or misuse of the Platform
• Third-party service failures
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
